Traditionally, lamb mince is used in this recipe, but you could also use beef, pork or chicken, if you like. To make chutney, place all the ingredien ts in a medium saucepan. Brin g to the boil, then reduce heat to low and s immer, stirring often, for 30 minutes or until mixture is thickened. 2. To make tzatziki, combine all in gredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. 3. To make dough, sift flour with a pinch of salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the centre. Combine extra oil and 185ml (¾ cup) water in a small  jug and pour into wel l. Using a wooden spoon, gently mix to combine. Turn out onto a l ightly floured work surface an d knead f or 10 minutes or until dough is smooth and elastic. Place dough in a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Set aside for 20 minutes to rest . 4. Meanwh ile, heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add lamb mince and cook, breaking up with a wooden spoo n, for 5 minutes or until browned. Add spices and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes o r until fragrant. Add spinach and cook, tos sing, for 1 minute or until wilted. R emove from heat and tos s through onions and parsley. Cool s lightly, then stir through feta. 5. Divide dough into four portions. Roll out each portion on a lightly floured surface into a 5mm-t hick circle. 6. Breakfast Lamb Gozleme with TzatzikiFebruary 26 2014, 7:00pm

Ingredients

Salt and pepper, to season

1 tbs olive oil

500g lamb mince
