Thank you for purchasing the Tone-Search Breakout Box interface for V-Guitar. FEATURES The Breakout Box allows you to connect and control two separate GK-compatible V-Synths using a single GK-ready guitar. Record and Play separate strings using a multi-track recorder or Digital Audio Work Station, with suitable soundcard or audio interface. With each string recorded on an individual track, separate string audio tracks can be enhanced with: noise-gating, normalize, re-tune, cut, paste, copy, delete, move, etc. You will find the list of sonic improvements to raw separately recorded strings almost endless! Hands-free patch-changing with: re-amping, re-guitar, re-tuning, effects, micro phone choice and placement. In short, find the perfect guitar, amp and effects for your song. Record separate strings for MIDI processing. Clean-up string performances with: noise-gating, cut, copy, paste delete and move etc. Then convert string data into a near-perfect MIDI track. Write V-Guitar patches you wouldn’t normally think of and expand your Tone-Library. Once you’ve experienced recording and playing separate strings, you probably won’t want to record a guitar is mono or stereo again. Bill Baxendale.
