Brems radiators and towel rails are made using different sizes of steel tubes or are transformed into plates. Welding is carried out by sophisticated automatic systems the welds are all carefully checked and are invisible to the eye. The highest possible quality is guaranteed.

Tubes of minimum diameters and plates of reduced thickness allow a particularly low quantity of water to circulate; heating is therefore extremely fast offering significant comfort advantages and big energy savings.

Brem radiators ensure a considerable emission of heat and can be used also for heating at low temperatures, programming the heating of the water to 50-60C. The advantages at low temperature ensure no sudden changes of heat in the environment, greater comfort and no dark shadowy marks on the walls.

Particular care is taken in painting, using a long series of treatments; resulting in a bright, shiny, uniform and faultless finish.

Brem radiators are designed to satisfy all the functional and aesthetic demands of the architect: they can therefore be positioned in any space with appropriate dimensions.

Depending on the model, Brem radiators permit:

- more rational installation without limits of any kind for more uniform heat distribution;

- larger radiating surfaces that increase the quantity of heat transmitted through irradiation for greater comfort;

- higher protection against cold walls and better ascending convection movement thanks to the larger surface area on the back;

- original solutions even embedded in the floor that contrast with greater efficacy the dispersion of heat through large glassed surfaces;

- the adaptation of the radiator to the space available with the possibility for positioning even at full height alongside these glassed surfaces for greater contrast to heat dispersion;

- the possibility to use the space beneath the window sill as well.

Using different types of feet and support, Brem frees radiators from their traditional position on the wall to let them live in greater freedom through creative positioning elsewhere In the room, such as:- partition walls or screens in the center of the room- railings for stairways or balconies- in corners with two or more radiators- as a vertical arch on the wall- curved or in all the creative shapes technically possible.

CONNECTINg THE RADIATOR

As standard, Brem radiators are supplied with vertical attachment points eG 1/2" (except ras and Wind). In the instructions for each model a formula is shown to define the distance between centres of the connections.(eg. model FH: tapp. centres = width - 40 mm)

INSTALLATION AND EffICIENCy

Always respect the position of the delivery and return fittings when connecting Brem radiators. If eG fittings, the delivery must be at the bottom, on the left; if the position of the delivery is inverted (G), the radiator will not heat up completely.

A central heating plant providing pressure of 1.5/1.8 bar ensures that the radiators work evenly and efficiently. If there is not enough pressure, hot water will not reach all points and the radiators will not warm up completely.

make sure that there are no throttled pipes in the plant.

Bleed the air completely from the radiator. Balance the plant by partially closing the water outlet valve.

When replacing old radiators, make sure that there are no siphons created when installing the new fittings.

There is a reduction in heat output when radiators are installed in the following positions:- under a shelf: ~ 4%- in an alcove: ~ 7%- in a channel under the floor: ~ 20%- under a radiator cover: 20-30%(depending on the size of the grilled section)

The design of the FOrm radiator pays a lot of attention not only on the shape of the manifolds and the extremely reduced sizes of the radiating tubes, but also on the high technology applied in its construction which allows an impeccable finish. The FOrm radiators are produced in two models: FH with horizontal manifolds and vertical radiating tubes 1/2mm, and FV with vertical manifolds and horizontal radiating tubes.

each model is available in two versions:F2 with aligned tubes (1 tube every 2 cm),F3 with alternate tubes (2 tubes every 3 cm).The number next to the "F" indicates the different distance in cm between the centre lines of radiating tubes.The F2 model is constructed to customer requirements, after favourable technical opinion, for the double FD version with horizontal or vertical tubes.The three models (F2-F3-FD) produce a heat

output which is notably different for the same size, allowing improved positioning of the radiator in the space available.On request, radiators can be made-to-measure, complete with feet and clamp allowing them to be positioned as room dividers or partitions.The FOrm radiators are produced as standard in white gloss rAL 9016; on request they can be painted in one of the colors from the Brem list.

FOrm LONG model radiators feature long manifolds and short radiating tubes (up to 80 cm high without metal stiffening at the rear) that permit the creation of functional and aesthetic solutions of striking impact

and higher heat output.The Form LONG model radiator comes as standard in the FH and FV versions.The special feature of the Form LONG radiator is the fact that with the addition of

feet and fixings, the radiator can be used as a partition, or virtually a transparent wall that offers surprising architectural solutions.

The FORM CURVO radiator (Form F2V series) is curved as standard: the horizontal radiating tubes are curved, set on long

manifolds. Thanks to their gentle, light line and min depth (6/8 cm), these radiators are easy to use and make a statement.

The curve effect can also be achieved with short manifolds and long tubes to create a highly practical barrier effect.

FORM ONDULATO

The Form F2H radiator is standard produced in the FORM ONDULATO model with just two curves: curvature is more accentuated

in the upper part and less pronounced in the lower part. The result is a wavy object of remarkably contained depth (from 7 to 10

cm) with an extremely pleasing appearance. Also available made-to-measure according to the Form F2H model charts on page10.

FORM ONDULATO also comes as standard in the exclusive chrome-plated version, for a really spectacular effect.

The Form F2 radiator is standard produced in the FORM UP model. Just the turning of the capital and the insertion of a lamp in the upper part transforms the radiator and

its traditional heating function into a new item of dcor in which light lives alongside heat and a suffused glow creates all the atmosphere you need.

The FORM UP model requires the applicationof a 250 W halogen light-bulb.The depth of the radiator from the wall is a modest 14.5 cm.

FORM UP is also available made-to-measure according to the Form F2H model charts on page10: ask for an estimate.

GRATA is a radiator of sought-after design and high thermal output, similar to the Form radiators.These characteristics make the GRATA extremely useful when a very decorative effect is needed: its versatility, with the addition of special feet and clamps, allows

it also to be used as a room partition, parapet or staircase handrail.GRATA is made using steel radiating pipes of 12 mm positioned with a distance between the centres of the tubes of 30 mm.The thin steel gills between the radiating tubes notably increase the thermal output.

The two models produced are GRH which have horizontal manifolds and vertical radiating tubes, and GRV which have vertical manifolds and horizontal radiating pipes. These two models can have radiating tubes up to 300 cm in length.

Wind: innovation with respect for tradition.This design recalls the multiple columns in traditional cast-iron and steel radiators. But here, everything else is innovative. The absolutely unique testate, the slender columns and the reduced connections all make the Wind radiator unusually different, elegant, and refined. The Wind design is protected by patent.

WIND is the first multicolumn radiator with very low water content. The WIND mini-column radiators are built using elements from three to six columns, made from circular

cross section radiating tubes of high quality steel of 15 mm. Depending on the number requested, the batteries of elements are obtained by welding the required number

together. The WIND mini-column radiators are produced as standard in white gloss RAL 9016; on request they can be painted in one of the colors from the Brem list.

The tube is renewed. New design and the continuous pursuit of optimized heat outputs and aesthetics in the heating element have flattened the tube and given it an almost imperceptible curve. This re-interpretation has lead to Egon, a radiating plate with a soft surface.

The EGON radiator is produced using flattened tubes, curved horizontally or vertically: the tube which determines the shape of the EGON radiator is slightly larger than the traditional flattened tube.

The greater width of the tube, imperceptible from the curvature, increases the emission of heat.The demands of creative versatility are highlighted by the introduction of three

composite variants, to obtain plates withtubes on the convex, concave and undulating surfaces, resulting in betterexpression of sensitivity and professionalism.
