Developed community partnerships and programming for “The Stonewall Society”, a civic engagement program based on social justice service in a gender and sexuality community center. Collaborated with Residential Services to re-develop and launch Northwestern’s All Gender Housing. Collaborated with Norris University Center to plan and implement two all gender restrooms. Created Trans* educational and resource materials for website, including creating gender inclusive classrooms, dialogues, and group spaces, and identifying all single-stall or gender open restrooms. Founded and furthered strategic relationships with peer Big 10 and COFHE institutions to learn and share best practices. Design promotional materials for websites, social media, and general marketing of the resource center.     planning, funding, and marketing among other subjects. Coordinated the committee selection and planning of Student Leadership Awards Ceremony for 10

    selected student leaders. Researched peer institutions and developed a new student organization resource manual and

    educational handouts on marketing, recruitment, program planning, and administrative tasks. Planned Student Org Meet & Greet and other events to meet CSIs mission of increasing

    collaboration between student organizations. Updated facilities and maintained budget for Student Union. Compiled research for university wide alcohol policy for on and off campus events. Partnered with Student Interns in CSI to increase office presence on social media sites.

    New Student Orientation Coordinated orientation model transition from multiple one-day programs, to one-week on-campus

    program. Planned multiple late night programs for first-year students. Planned multiple first week Weeks of Welcome transition programs for students. Created the marketing and recruitment campaign of Orientation Leaders, with goals met to recruit

    three times as many Orientation Leaders in anticipation of new first year and transfer orientation programs.

    Co-lead information sessions and interviews for 30+ Orientation Leader applicants. Coordinated Orientation Leader training, programming, and promotion gear with Head Orientation

    Leaders. Researched peer institutions for orientation scheduling, fees, themes, and Orientation Leader

    processes.
