Company Overview

Brick Top Productions Inc (OTC: BTOP), founded in 2009, is an emerging publicly traded production company and studio focused on financing, producing and distributing film and television shows, mostly independent, and/or their rights to third parties. Growth is expected to come via exploitation of those rights in domestic and international theatrical, television, cable, home video and pay per view markets. Strategy is to pre-sell exclusive distribution rights to overseas territories, thereby hedging part of the total project cost.   Project Portfolio/Pipeline Current: Completed television pilot “Nick The Doorman," an urban comedy starring Nicholas Turturro, Vincent Pastore (2012). Rights are for sale. Future: Film production of screenplay “Bless Me Father," an urban drama and coming-of-age story focused written by Mr. Turturro. Other: Technology design and deployment of a smart phone app to stream and promote content, mostly shorts & 30 minute episodes. App will work to drive advertising revenue.

Current Project Financing, development and production of the television pilot titled “Nick The Doorman,” an urban dramatic comedy, was completed in 2012 on a budget of $85,000. The pilot was written and directed by Nicholas Turturro (pictured below), who also starred in the project.

Summary “Nick The Doorman” is an urban dramatic comedy set in New York City. It is centered on the life experiences of Nick, a funny, light-hearted doorman, at a historic and upscale Central Park South hotel. Nick and his colorful cast of friends, through interactions with one another and the hotel’s upper class celebrity and high society guests, provide a unique, comedic perspective of everyday life in the big city, and similarities and distinctions between the classes filtering in and out of the posh hotel.

Nicholas Turturro as “Nick The Doorman” Nicholas is an American film, television and prolific on-stage character actor, writer and director perhaps best known for his role as Dennis Franz's and Gordon Clapps’ rookie plainclothes partner, Sgt. James Martinez, on NYPD Blue (a role he played from 1993 to 2000). §  Garnered an Emmy nomination for playing Officer/

“Bless Me Father”

Set in the late 1970s to early 1980s, “Bless Me Father”, written by Emmy-nominated actor, Nicholas Turturro, is an urban drama and coming-of-age story of Nicky Battaglia, a 16 year-old kid growing up and navigating adolescence in his predominately Italian neighborhood, Manhattan’s West Village. Following the monumental loss of Buddy Battaglia, his older brother, best friend and ultimate protector, Nicky must come to terms with himself, his flawed family marked by an overly controlling Mafiosi father, and his west side neighborhood on the cusp of change.

The smart phone app capable of streaming all types of shorts. We will create our Brick Top content as well as acquire it from other sources. Goal is to advertise our link through various social networking sites which will drive traffic to our site (and our projects) and thus create desirable advertising revenue.
