    (59) SUPERSTRUCTURE: 5 - Fair Condition (minor section loss)Comments:All 6 of the steel beams in span E have minor section loss near the bent 6. In span A, beams 1 and 6 have minor section loss near bent1. All of the steel beams and steel diaphragms light to moderate rust throughout all of the spans (Matt Ference, 05-19-2015).

    (60) SUBSTRUCTURE: 4 - Poor Condition (advanced deterioration)Comments:There is undermining at the east end of bent 6, but no piles are exposed. In old reports it is documented that there has been settlementat pier 3 which has caused an extreme tilt to the rocker bearings. The bearings are still in placed and tilted (Matt Ference,05-19-2015).

    (61) CHANNEL/CHANNELPROTECTION

5 - Bank eroded.. major damage

Comments:There is approximately 300 ft^3 of debris at the east end of pier 4. There is erosion on both banks of the channel both upstream anddownstream from the bridge (Matt Ference, 05-19-2015).
