INFORMING THE SCHOOL
• Contact Form Teachers Inform them of situation Get acknowledgement

2. Check the SEATING PLAN outside the HALL / AA Room
to locate your seat based on your INDEX NUMBER the
day before each exam.
3. Report to the HALL / AA Room / Classroom at least 30
minutes before the start of each paper.

5. No allowance of time will be given for Latecomers.
6. Only bring in your entry proof, IC/passport/ez-link card,
stationery in a clear / transparent pencil case / holder
and approved calculators and dictionaries into the hall.
7. Switch off your mobile phone and leave it in your bag.
8. Bring your jacket and water bottle.
9. Please check and re-check that you have been issued
with the correct LABEL (sticker), correct question paper
and answer booklet.

9. During the Listening comprehension exam, please
raise your hand immediately to indicate if the audio is
not clear.
10. Correction tape / correction fluid is not permitted.
11. In general, if there are any issues related to the
conduct of the examinations, for example disruptive
noises, please approach the Chief Presiding
Examiner, PE or any invigilator immediately.
