EXECUTIVE CHEF SETH LEVINE

Seth Levine is the Executive Chef at The Ravel Hotel. Since appearing on Fox’s hit reality TV show, “Hell’s Kitchen”, Levine has taken the culinary world by storm - and has built quite an impressive resume. Since leaving the show in 2007, Levine opened his first restaurant Georgica in East Hampton, and followed by opening multiple NYC restaurants including Sons of Essex, RSVP, The Stand and the food, beverage & catering program at the revamped Gurney’s Resort in Montauk.

Levine currently presides over four restaurants including Penthouse 808, Ravel Garden Grill, Profundo Day Club and Hotel Chantelle. Levine admits that his passion for food started from a very early age. “I have to believe it is something I was born loving. I was intrigued at such a young age, not only by the actual ingredients but the creation of a dish: the art of plating.

Levine is not only known for his cuisine but whimsical plating which is heavily featured during Ravel events.
