RH Clarkes Steam Mill opened
We opened our Great Yarmouth Factory
Pasta Foods subject to Management Buy out
We moved into a new factory in Norwich and installed a state of the art Pasta Line
Our sites are declared Egg Free.
High Quality Durum Wheat is Harvested.
Wheat is shipped from France to Great Yarmouth.
Wheat is stored in our Semolina Mill on the Great Yarmouth Dock.
Our wheat is tested for optimum quality.
We mill the wheat into Semolina which then supplies our factory.
The Semolina is used to form a dough which is extruded into various shapes.
State of the art drying and production control ensures the highest quality product.
Quality Testing to ensure product is within specification.
Product is packed and ready for shipment.
Mac Foods was registered which was the amalgamationof the pasta producers and our semolina mill.
The BBC Spaghetti hoax
was filmed at our St Albans factory

• Grade AA BRC (Version 8) Pasta Foods is audited to The British Retail Consortium Global Standard (Food). This is audited and certified annually by SAI Global.
• HACCP Pasta Foods has a fully documented and active hazard analysis system to assure compliance.

• Halal All of our products are HALAL certified.
