The photographic art you come away with is ultimately the result of the vision of the photographer. This vision, coupled with what you wear to your session, the environment, the lighting, even the mood subjects are in when the session is held creates the work that you will want to proudly display on your walls and keep through out the years. Custom photography is about finding the right artist who will photograph your family according to your unique style, give you devoted 1:1 attention without worry of who is next ‘in line’, or the feeling of a crowded portrait studio. TThe images you receive from a custom photography session are each individually edited, color correct-ed, and retouched. As a custom photographer, the service you receive is unparalled as I work closely with you leading up to and during your session to ensure your needs are met and your experience through out is priority.

A custom experience

These sessions will capture the true essence and connection that makes up your unique family. My goal is simply for you to enjoy these beautiful moments and see the magic that unfolds. Expect a relaxed, natural experience…and lots of love and laughter! A family session can last anywhere from 60-90 minutes, and can be held in your home (given there is plenty of natural light) or an outdoor location. Includes up to 5 immediate family members, then there is a $25 charge per extra subject.

Capture a truly beautiful time in life that goes by in the blink of an eye. This session is done in the comfort of your own home, where there is a truly organic feel and I am able to capture the natural beauty that is your new family. I photograph newborn’s within the first 2 weeks, as this is when baby is still very sleepy and can be moved a bit without fuss. Newborn sessions typically last up to 4 hours. Time for baby to be fed as well as their sleep/wake periods all come in to play as we keep your little one calm and happy during their session.

Capture your little one before and after! Included is a mini maternity session with 5 digital images, and a newborn session including 20 digital images. You will also receive a private viewing gallery of your images to share with friends and family, as well as exclusive access to special print pricing for 30 days.

This package is designed for you to get the most out of your little one’s first year of life. Included are 3 sessions to use throughout their first 12 months, typically a newborn session, one at 6 months, and a first birthday session. Each session includes 10 digital images, and you will receive access to special print pricing throughout the entirety of this year and 30 days after.

Available for Birthay Parties, Christenings/Baptisms, and other family gatherings. This rate includes 2 hours of coverage. Any additional time is charged at a rate of $150/hr. Included are a minimum of 50 photos from your event, as well as a private viewing gallery to share with friends and family.

what to expect

I enjoy capturing the special moments between families, which are most likely the expressions you see most in one another every day. You will find me talking to you and your family a lot, with a focus on engaging your children in the moment. Because I gravitate towatowards the natural posing that families do, it’s important you come relaxed and ready to let the magic unfold...after all, this is the best part!

Before firming up anything, it’s important we connect. We’ll chat on the phone and talk

about your needs regarding photography and what you want from your session with me. We will then firm up the details via e-mail (time, date, location). I will send over a contract for you to fill out and sign, and you will need to send me a copy osend me a copy of the contract along with half of your session fee in order to book the date.

A sneak peek of your session will be live on my blog within a few days, and your final images will be ready within 2 weeks. Once they are ready, you will receive an e-mail with a link and password to a viewing gallery that will be live for 7 days. It is from there that you will place

your final order.

what to wear

Your images will be ready in up to 2 weeks from the date of your session, presented to you in a password protected viewing gallery where you will make all of your choices on which ones to keep. The gallery is live for just 1 week, so it is important you make your decisions within this time frame as there is a charge to republish

the gallery.

, Digital files aDigital files are the images from your session given on a thumbdrive. You can use your digital images to make your own prints, share with friends and family online, create holiday cards, and more! I reccommend using MPIX to print your digital files, as this lab will ensure the quality and color are exact! (www.mpix.com)

I photogI photograph newborns within the first 2 weeks of being born. Since we can’t make a solid date until baby comes, I will block out a few days within 2 weeks of your due date to ensure the session. It is important to schedule your session as soon as possible and not wait until after baby is born as I cannot guarantee I will be

able to accommate.

Simple! We will reschedule for a date soon after. Sometimes (not always) even if the session is indoors, we will

still need to reschedule for lighting purposes.

Of course! I have payment plans available for investments greater than $500.

There are no images included in the session fee, unless you choose the all-in-one option.
