Profiling in S3S3 marks the end of your broad general education phase and is a time when you will be choosing subjects that will lead you onto learning paths for the senior phase.

A profile is a snapshot of a your best achievements at a given point in during your time in S3. Profiles are primarily aimed at learners and their parents, and draw together a range of information about your learning.

In the development of your profile, teachers will built on the existing approaches to assessment within their classes and suggest pieces of work that you have done that could be added to your profile.

Some pieces for you profiles may be kept in classroom folders initially but you will aim to store all your achievements and ‘best bits’ electronically throughout the year
