The last seven edition of the conference showed that it is the largest and most efficientbplatform for exchange of views on the construction of broadband networks in Poland. Universal access to high-speed Internet connection in the modern world became one of the most important advantage between competing markets and a method to assure long-term economic growth. It becomes crucial for this problem to debate about possible ways of achieving such access and who should take responsibility for it. Such challenges are faced by the Broadband Networks Conference, which for the 7th time will be a place for discussion between key ket entities: regulator, public administration (local and global), companies, chambers of commerce and various institutions. High ompetence level with be maintained by both Programme and Experts Councils of this meeting, working under the supervision of Orange Polska’s COO, Piotr Muszyński. Councils are directly engaging in organizing project’s core points and Open Letters describing the most important postulates.

1. The price includes the participation of one person in selected events.

2. The cost of the conference includes participation in lectures, congress materials, coffee breaks and lunch. The cost of Grand Gala includes assigned seating and dinner.

3. Upon the reception of the application form, a confirmation will be sent together with a pro-forma invoice.

4. Payment should be made within 14 days after the registration but no later than before the conference.

5. The payment shall be made on the bank account given on the invoice.

6. Resignation ought to be sent by registered mail to the address of the organizer.

7. In case of resignation until 29th February 2016, the participant will be charged the administrative fee in the amount of 400 PLN + 23% VAT

8. In case of resignation after 29th February 2016, the participant will be charged full cost of the participation.

9. If the participant does not issue written resignation or does not take part in the event, he will be charged full cost of participation

10. Lack of payment is not tantamount to the resignation from the participation

11. In case of absence of the registered participant, another member of the company can take his place. The change should be submitted up to 7 days before the conference

12. The organizer reserves the right to change the agenda of the event.
