.Unilever’s Adventure Game

Description:

.event and promotion case studies

Broadline took part in developing the creative idea and implementation of 15 adventure events for Unilever that took place in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.

The idea was to make alternative lottery solution where the customer just do not win a prize but wins a chance to participate in event where he have a possibility to have a great time and compete for other prizes including a trip to India.

Events consisted of two parts:

. fun and relaxing GPS orienteering game which wasmade so that all the winners not regarding age orphysical condition can fully participate and compete

. Picnic with high class chef that taught some newrecipes for the upcoming grill session by mainlyusing Unilever’s products

.NIVEA Beauté Star Lounge

Description:

Broadline created unique promo events to give the customers a chance to partake the NIVEA Beauté brand values through live experiences.

Women were given an opportunity to become the stars of seasonal NIVEA Beauté ads in magazines, and also win an unforgettable photo session to fulfill their dreams for their own model album with full support team –famous photographer, stylist, make-up artist and a hairdresser. Separate events took part all around the Estonia.

The campaign was organized hand in hand with Brilliant Marketing Communications OÜ.

.Eesti Energia New Year’s party

Description:

More than 2500 employees of Eesti Energia (Estonian Energy) were invited to the annual celebration event that took place in 5 different locations at the same time under slogan “five cities one energy”.

All 5 events were connected through LIVE TV link that allowed for the employees to have the unique feeling of togetherness that is missing in everyday’s activities because of the scale of enterprise.

Planning, logistics and implementation of the solution was a great success and resulted in a high praise from the client.

.Samsonite Black Label shop launch

Description:

Broadline had the unique chance to organize the first and only Samsonite Black Label shop launch in Baltic States that took place in Riga, Latvia.

By working hand in hand with the franchise owner and Samsonite central office in Belgium Broadline took care of wide range of services including invitee list preparation, negotiations, PR and actual arrangements of the event.

The great amount of time invested brought results and many well known Latvian millionaires, fashion influencers, actors and press representatives attended the exclusive event by that bringing great media coverage and great start of the new business for the client.

.Leigo Järvemuusika festival

Description:

Every year Broadline provides wide scope of services for the Leigo festival - a festival with unique concept in terms of location and cultural program as its territory consists of 26 artificial lakes that are made by the landlord. Approximately 25'000 persons visit the festival every year.

Trough the 2 day program Broadline organizes more than 5 VIP events and takes care of all the different promo, sponsorship and event marketing arrangements.

Royal Thai embassy in Stockholm had the event concept and needed know-how to book the venue in Tallinn but they approached Broadline for the assistance on technical arrangements.

Broadline was the Royal Thai Embassy’s only contact for all the different equipment bookings and special material production by that client saved their time and money.

The implementation of the event went well so the two Thai festival days went smooth and were well praised by the locals.

.Caring Fatherhood conference

Description:

Broadline organized conference for the Ministry of Social Affairs that was targeted towards family therapists and psychologists.

As an addition to the conference Broadline offered a new and unexpected edutainment™ solution - in the old traditions of the Samurai.

People did not know what to expect from this act, but at the end they admitted that they have learned from this 1,5h course more than they have in one year together.

Idea: watch your mind and body to find out natural gifts and abilities that you haven’t noticed before and use them to protect yourself from mental and physical attacks.

Result: this simple idea allowed people to widen their view of difficult situations that they face in their everyday life.
