It was the most prized jewel of the Spanish colonies and for 300 years the wealthiest city

in the Americas. Instead of raising palaces for its kings, Lima built great churches that

guard valuable collections of masterpieces and constructed mansions for the aristocracy.

Its historic center was declared a World Heritage site by UNESCO in 1991, yet it is much

more than this illustrious title. Lima is also a city of fascinating museums that exhibit trea-

sures that were uncovered at archeological sites from pre-Hispanic cultures.

Once a Sponsorship Booking Form is received a contract will be sent to you for signature with an accompanying

invoice. This contract should be signed and returned with a 30% deposit payment to the Sponsorship. Upon receipt

For the Satellite Symposium packages, the following applies

• Special time slots have been designated and will be allocated on a “first come, first served”.

• The sponsoring company for the Satellite Symposia may select speakers and topics.

• The sponsoring company, in addition to the sponsorship fee must cover all speaker’s expenses, including registration fees,

accommodation and travel expenses. This also applies in the case where the Simposium speakers have already been invited by the Congress.

• Satellite Symposia programs are subject to approval by the scientific committee of the Congress. In case where the scientific committee will

disapprove the Satellite Symposia program, each party will be entitled cancel the Satellite Symposia booking without paying any penalty for the

cancellation or for any damages caused by the cancellation to the other party.

• Accordingly upon such cancellation neither of the parties will have any claims, demands, suits, towards the other.

The CD-ROM will contain all of the INMUNOPERU 2012 Congress Abstracts

Sponsor will provide funding for the participants’ Congress CD ROM and case. The CD cover and cases have to be

approved by the Organizers

NOTEPADS AND PENS • $ 3,000 +18% IVA

Sponsor will provide the participants’ notepads and pens and an additional fee for sponsorship.

The Notepads and Pens will bear the Sponsor’s name/company logo and will be distributed in the participants’

CYBER CENTER • $ 5,000 +18% IVA • 5 days

There will be a Cyber Center equipped with workstations where attendees may check e-mails. Your company’s

EXHIBITION HALL:

The Exhibition Hall will be placed in the Foyer and in Room Limatambo 1, 2.

STAND:

(At least 6 m.2)

It includes:

- Cleaning of the common areas and in the stand.

-Invitation to the Opening Ceremony for the persons that are registrated by the sponsor.

It doesn’t include other furniture or electric machines.

EXHIBITION SPACE

Exhibition space will be allocated on a “first come, first served”. The Sponsorship booking form and the contract

must be faxed and also sent by e mail to assure the reservation of your choice. Once the booking form and the con-

tract is received, the space will be reserved and we will send the invoice. Please be aware that the three alternatives

must be established very clearly in the booking form. The spaces will be given in the order of the payment.

REGISTRATION FOR EXHIBITORS

All the exhibitors have to be registered; they will have a Congress Credential with the name of the sponsor. You will

receive two credentials for the first 6 m2 and another for each 6 more m2.

TECHNICAL MANUAL FOR THE EXHIBITOR

A Technical manual for the exhibitor with all the technical specifications for the exhibition will be ready 3 months

before the Congress. This manual will have:

-Technical details of the room where the exhibition will take place

-Final details of the exhibition

-Details of the company that will mount the structures

- Services for the exhibitors and forms for requirements.
