Opening Day Saturday Sept 7th 2019
The Summer is almost over and our new season is about begin. I am
looking forward to our Opening Day next Saturday. We are excited to have
a new speaker, Jennifer Khordi give her presentation. Her images are
absolutely beautiful. You can find her work on Facebook and Instagram.
The board has been working to get our programs and speakers
together so please visit our website for updates. If any of you have any
ideas please let us know. We want to introduce new presentations to our
clubs and members can be a good source of information.
During the meeting on Saturday members will vote on bylaw updates.
We voted to simplify our regular competitions to eight and just have one a
month from September to April. May will be our end of year competition
and June our awards party. The board also voted to change our Altered
Reality category to Creative.
Looking forward to see you all on Saturday September 7th. We will
have a raffle and a light lunch with refreshments. Members can bring a
dish if they wish. I’ll be bringing some empanadas!!
