REAL ESTATE MARKET UPDATE - JULY 2019BROUGHT TO YOU BY THE MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE OF LONG ISLAND, INC.

The July 2019 closed median home price for Long Island, which includes Nassau, Suffolk, and Queens housingdata, was $490,000 representing a 3.2% increase over last July. Nassau County reported a $546,400 closedmedian home price in July representing a 1.7% increase over $537,500 reported by MLSLI last year. SuffolkCounty reported a closed median price of $416,000, which represents a 6.7% increase over $390,000 reported ayear ago. Queens reported a closed median home price of $577,500 representing a decrease of 2.0% over$589,500 reported in July 2019.

The total number of Long Island residential inventory in July 2019 was 19,144 representing an 8.1% increaseover last year.
