- As a hardlines associate I restocked and created store layouts quickly showing a

willingness work efficiently as part of a team while practicing logistical skills building

displays.

- I was promoted to the garden and seasonal department lead. I quickly spearheaded the

final stages of Halloween preparations, layout designs, and delegated tasks appropriately

to other associates.

- December of 2015, I was again promoted to the position of front end lead position. Being

less than a week till Christmas, well into the holiday season, I learned on my feet. Here I

currently preform line management, train cashiers and customer service desk associates,

manage store metrics, open and close daily cash balance for the service desk and

exemplify quality customer service.
