On the 8th January 2008 I had just returned from the Doctors to be told the program I’d been on for
the previous 3 months had FAILED to reduce my weight and
body fat issues.

body fat issues. My Doctor issued me with an ultimatum. - “Lose 10
kgs in the next 2 months or I’m putting you on drugs to
do it.”

I had no idea what I was going to do!
During the previous 3 months, as well as sticking to a supplement program I had also
cut out of my diet additional fatty foods. Butter, mayonnaise, ice creams etc

I remember sitting in front of the computer raising my hands to the sky and calling out.

On the 1st February 2008 weighing 93Kgs (205lbs) & wearing size 38 pants, I began my 30 day Isagenix Program.

Firstly I noticed the taste of the shakes, they were quite good. When mixed with ice in a blender they tasted just like a thick shake.

Secondly I found that I was able to last out the morning without wanting additional morning tea and after the lunch shake I was easily able to make it to my normal dinner without munching on biscuits to see me through.

By the end of the first week I had displaced a whopping 4.5Kgs (10lbs) of unwanted fat and was having to tighten my belt.
