A key area of our business is in Retained search; this allows for a more controlled and detailed search allowing the best chance of identifying the best candidate in the market following the initial up front payment by the client. We can be as flexible as needed in order to deliver against the clients needs. The core benefits of such a search are -
• Allocation of Resources –we are able to create a search team by allocating resources across multiple offices in order to
deliver on the specific search, as we have a guarantee of the clients commitment from the up front fee.
• Time Management – a retained search offers the benefit of controlling the time frames of a search. You can control the
time frames for shortlist, Interview, Offer and Start date in the initial service level agreement (SLA).
