Hotlinking(Framing)
A term used on the Internet referring to the practice of displaying an image on a website by linking to the same image on another website.

Hotlinking & Bandwidth theft
Bandwidth is the amount of data transferred from a website to a user's computer.
An analogy for bandwidth theft: A stranger plugging into your electrical outlet and using your electricity without your consent while you pay for it.

“How is it possible that my images have been so widely used and I have not seen these ‘sales’ reported?” our photographers (the creators) ask us.
The right of communication shall not be used as a free ride at the expense and cost of a whole industry.
It is clear that all this is killing professional photography as we know it, because professional photographers can´t make a living out of the images they produce anymore.
If no solution can be reached soon, photographers will be condemned to…
