Skills Improvement, Organisation Capability Enhancement: Employees skills and knowledge enhancement results in the improvement in efficiency and effectiveness in their work.

Process Improvement: Employees’ workplace assignments benefit the organisation directly asemployees are required to identify process improvement areas of the organisation they work in as part of their assignment.

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONDual Endorsement:MIM Work Based Diploma of Leadership and Management from the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) and Australian Institute of Management Education and Training
ENTRY QUALIFICATION Minimum SPM with 3 credits (completion of year 12 or higher evident of ability to study at Diploma level) At least 3 years' work experience and able to see aspects of your current work as having opportunities to undertake projects.
For those who do not have the required direct entry qualification but possess the necessary Recognised Prior Learning experience, admission can be considered on a case to case basis.
HRDF SCHEMEThis programme falls under the HRDF claimable scheme. Employers can submit their claims for reimbursement to HRDF upon completion of each unit of the programme.
