BSNL BROADBAND – CPE/MODE REPAIR PROCESS

1. Please prepare challan on BSNL’s letter head with name of the units; complete qty.; type and price of units.

2. Delivery challan should contain both the addresses i.e. of sender’s and receiver’s.

3. On Delivery challan it should be clearly mentioned that ‘UNITS NOT FOR SALE. NO COMMERCIAL VALUE. ONLY FOR REPAIRS’.

4. On Delivery challan price of one modem should be declared as Rs. 300/-; Adaptor Rs. 150/- and Splitter Rs. 100/-.

5. Units should be packed nicely having sufficient packing material inside.

6. No damaged units shall be received for repairs and the same shall be returned in “as is where is condition”

7. No road permit is required for despatching faulty units to Chennai for repairs.

8. There is no limitation on sending any qty. Whatever is faulty can be despatched under one consignment also.

9. On the box delivery challan should be pasted with all the details of units and price.

10. On the box complete address; contact details and tin no. should be mentioned of despatcher/sender.
