Accessing to BTMU-iCMS

To access BTMU-iCMS for the first time, all users are required to obtain a Secure Signing Card and temporary login password.

Card Reader and Security Components Installation

You need administrative rights on your PC to install the card reader and the BTMU-iCMS Security Components.

1) Connect and install the card reader (ACR38U or ACR38) to your PC.

NB: The entire configuration process is guided by a user-friendly wizard on the BTMU-iCMS website. The wizard will also start automatically if the configuration is not yet complete. 2) Install the BTMU-iCMS Security

Components software to be able to work with BTMU-iCMS under optimum security conditions. (If you do not install these components, you will not be able to access BTMU-iCMS. )

Click ‘Next’.

Navigate to https://www.mufgemea.com/MUFG-iCMS/

3) Accept License Agreement and click ‘Next’.

4) An overview of the Installation Requirements is presented. If all items are ready, the installation can proceed otherwise the installation is aborted.

Click ‘Next’.

5) On the Destination Folder screen, select where to install the ‘BTMU-iCMS Security Components’ and users allowed to use the application. (privacy level)

By default the installation will be done for all users.

Select and click ‘Next’. Select Environment ‘Production’ to install.

6) All necessary Trusted sites will be added in your browser automatically during this set up.

Click ‘Next’.

7) In the ‘Ready to install the Program’ screen

a summary of the selections made, is shown.

Once you select ‘Install’, ‘BTMU-iCMS

Security Components’ will be installed.

8) This dialog screen allows you to follow the

progress of the installation.

9) To start the connectivity program to check

the connection, tick where appropriate. Setup has been executed successfully. Click ‘Finish’.

Card Activation and Change Password

2) To identify user. Insert the Secure Signing Card to be

activated into your card reader and enter the PIN-code (= temporary password which you should have received from MUFG Bank) in the password field. The password consists of 8-digit numbers.

Click the ‘OK’ button to continue.

3) To change password. Input a new password in the password field and confirm. Click the ‘OK’ button to continue. NB: The password is not case sensitive and must be between 6 and 8 alphanumeric characters. You can use letters, numbers and symbols in your password. Obvious passwords such as "123456" are not recommended for security reasons. The system does not prompt users to change their password in a certain period, nor does the password expire. However, users are advised to change their password every 100 days.

Navigate to https://www.isabel.be/btmu-activator

1) To check configuration.

Before the activation procedure is started,

BTMU-iCMS Card Activator first runs a check of your current BTMU-iCMS installation.

If everything is in place, you are automatically taken to the next screen.

NB: You will only be able to activate your card after MUFG Bank receives confirmation from you for the receipt of the card. The card will need to be activated before the expiry date which is shown in the PIN letter.

4) To verify card. Check whether the Secure Signing Card

displayed on your screen matches the one that is in your card reader.

If this is the case, click the ‘I agree’

button to continue.

6) You have completed the certification procedure and your Secure Signing Card is activated. Click the ‘OK’ button to end the BTMU-iCMS Card Activator wizard.

5) To update components. The wizard downloads your new BTMU-iCMS certificate and updates your system. • The BTMU-iCMS server accepts the

activation and your user status is updated; • Your status on your Secure Signing Card

is updated; and • The certificate is stored in the Internet

Explorer Certificate Store. If everything is in place, you are automatically taken to the next screen.

(Warning) DO NOT remove your card at this time, otherwise the card will not be active, the certificate will not be downloaded but no error will be generated. As a consequence, you will not be able to login in the BTMU-iCMS application. If you want

to remove the card, you have to wait until you have confirmed (OK) in the next window (Finish).

Certificate Installation

1) From the Windows Start menu, ‘Start’ > ‘(All) Programs’ > ‘BTMU Services’ > ‘Control Panel’.

2) Double-click the ‘Install your certificate’ icon.

3) Enter Password.

First Login to BTMU-iCMS

After the Secure Signing Card is activated, the login profile needs to be setup (in case of multiple ebanking contracts) and Preferences setting needs to be completed.

Setup Login Profile

To login to BTMU-iCMS please use this link https://www.mufgemea.com/MUFG-

iCMS/ At first time login a warning message will be shown under ‘Enter the application by selecting a profile’ ‘Warning, one or more contracts are not linked’

1) Click on the warning message to

setup your login profile

2) Click on ‘New’ to create a new profile name

3) Fill out ‘Contract profile name’ then select the Contract number and move it to the right with the arrow to assign the contract to the profile

4) Press ‘Save changes’ to complete new login profile creation.

5) Each ebanking profile should be shown separately for the login.

Click ‘Back to Welcome page’

to return to the main login screen.

6) Enter the application by clicking on the profile name.

1) If you have only one eBanking contract then you will see ‘My Profile’ as default login. Click on ‘My Profile’ to login.

2) The main screen appear. Click on ‘Preferences’ on the top right corner of the screen.

3) On the General tab change the ‘Default start-up folder’ to ‘Transactions’

4) Select ‘Transactions’ tab of the Preferences. Set ‘Default Filter’ to be ‘All transactions’, this will show all transaction created by other users (if they are shared)

Set Counterparty sharing options to

‘Shared’ if you would like to allow

other users within the contract to see them.

5) Scroll down to the bottom of the page to ‘Processing options’. Select ‘Send automatically when sufficiently signed’ to be ‘On’ if you would like the payment to be sent to the bank automatically. If this selection is ‘Off’ then you will need to send the payment to the bank manually from the Transaction area by selecting the payment and clicking Sign.

6) Click on ‘Save’ button at the bottom right corner of the screen. A message will be shown ‘Changes will be applied after your next logon’.
