Dealer Payment

Budco Financial will prepare and distribute itemized dealer statements monthly. Dealers are paid monthly via the Ford ARMIS financial system. With IPP, the dealer will receive payment for a contract after Budco Financial is able to establish a customer account. The monthly dealer statement and ARMIS payment will cover the following Ford VSC transactions for a period beginning the 5th of the previous month through the 4th of the current month, and the ARMIS payment will occur by the 3rd week of the current month:

Step 1 - Submit the Budco Financial Retail Installment eContract via our amazing dealer portal dealer.budcofinancial.com which was created with the dealer in mind. You may also complete the Retail Installment Contract using the writable pdf. version located on the Online Forms page and email to TJONES@budcofinancial.com or fax to 313-214-2165.

Step 2 - Important Reminder Register the customer’s plan via ESPS through fmcdealer.com. When entering the information, please be sure to enter the same information that is listed on the Budco Financial contract. When registering the contract in ESPS it is important to click the “yes” button for Time Payment.

2. Click the orange button that says eContract 3. Select the purchasers state and click next4. Fill in all the white boxes 5. This step is for BUNDLE’s ONLY- after entering plan #1 please click the Add Contract button to add

second plan separately6. When you get to the bottom make sure you check the boxes for Purchasers Agreement and

Dealer Agreement. (this generates the electronic signatures)7. Type your name in the box that says Dealer Representative8. Click “generate contract” button
