Tana leads Builder Services operations and business development in

Seattle. She has over 10 years of experience in the sales and marketing

of new construction projects throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Prior to Redfin, Tana worked with John L. Scott Real Estate,

training and managing new construction sales teams throughout

the Northwest. She has completed land feasibility work and managed

projects start-to-finish for CamWest, Toll Brothers and Village Life.

Nora provides market intelligence and pricing strategy, harnessing the power of

Redfin data and analytics for Builder Services clients. She works closely with our

team managers and agents to ensure our clients receive the most relevant, up-to-

the-minute market insights.

Before joining Redfin, Nora worked in commercial real estate development and

investment. Nora holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA from

Dartmouth College. She serves on the Regional Leadership Council of Forterra,

a Seattle land conservation organization.

Kate leads the Builder Services platform at Redfin—partnering with real estate

developers and homebuilders to bring new construction properties to market and

connect them with the millions of buyers on Redfin.

Prior to Redfin, Kate worked with AIG’s Global Real Estate Investment platform in

New York. She served the office of the CEO in acquisition, restructuring, and asset

management for over $2.25B of multifamily and distressed-land holdings during

the financial crisis of 2008. Kate holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and

a BA from Dartmouth College. She is an active Urban Land Institute leader and is a

LEED Accredited Professional.

Kathryn leads Builder Services marketing strategies for our clients. She designs and

manages campaigns from start to finish. She brings together homebuyer demand

data, insight from our agents in the field, and the in-house Redfin design, events,

and email teams to drive traffic and sales.

Prior to Redfin, Kathryn was a Regional Marketing Manager for Shea Homes,

the largest privately owned builder in the United States. She lead the marketing

programs and branding efforts for four award-winning communities in Washington

and Northern California. Kathryn is also a licensed broker, which she sees as key to

providing exceptional customer service.

Kelly has a background in finance and has specialized in real estate for the last

five years, primarily in commercial and residential lending. She is responsible

for reviewing all contracts and listings activation to close deals on time and create

a great customer experience for Builder Services clients and buyers.

Kelly previously worked with RPM Mortgage as the Transaction Coordinator for

a residential lending team ranked in the top 1% in the nation.
