World’s third tallest buildingAt 490 metres, International Commerce Centre ( ICC ) will offer over 2.5 million square feet of grade-A office space
as the third tallest building in the world. It has first-rate planning and construction and state-of-the-art technology

Shanghai IFC – a new iconSHKP is establishing its reputation on the mainland with major developments in prime cities. Shanghai IFC will
have over four million square feet of floor area in two towers, consisting of premium offices, a modern shopping
centre and two deluxe hotels including a Ritz-Carlton. One of the towers will house the China head office of HSBC.
The Huai Hai Zhong Road project in the busy district of Puxi will offer a high-end shopping centre, top offices and
