Use a non-corrosive chemical to clean mirrors and bright metal surfaces including taps ensuring no calcium build up, pipes, door handles, push and kick plates in toilets, washrooms and change rooms. (no visual finger prints on push plates).

Scrub clean shower cubicles floors, walls and fittings ensure no soap build up or mould growth within plug holes, remove any hair residual.

Remove visual contaminants e.g. marks, dirt, debris, chewing gum, stickers, posters, stains, cob webs, deceased animals, animal excrement and graffiti from all surface areas and external fixtures in all areas.

Remove stains and spills on all flooring including external stairs, treads and ramps. √

Remove any unauthorised magazines or publications not positioned in designated areas as detailed by the Cleaning Supervisor.

Empty rubbish bins & clean outside of rubbish bin enclosures removing all dust/grime visual contaminants. Bin Liners to be placed in general waste reciprocals (contractor supplied).

Wheelie bins to be located for collection at prescribed locations by the time specified by the Cleaning Supervisor. Wheelie bins, including those located within enclosures are to be serviced daily, any loose litter within the enclosure is also to be removed. All empty bins are to be removed from the prescribed collection point and returned to the location specified by the Cleaning Supervisor. (Bin liners must be placed into all bins – contractor supplied)

Large branches/fronds/leaves are to be placed back into the garden beds. √
