We stretch the design boundaries daily, but always with a practical guide. Our highly experienced in-house team of structural engineers consistently communicates with the architectural team to ensure structural considerations are incorporated into designs from day one. This close corporation translates into buildings that simply work.
CiVil WORKs ANd EARTH MOViNg EQUiPMENT
Transport infrastructure - roads, railway tracks and stations, ports and airports, and even the most basic rural facilities - all require maintenance, sometimes known as ‘conservation’.Maintenance ensures that the asset continues to function as designed or intended, and meet the required quality standards throughout its anticipated lifetime. It can also extend the life of the asset beyond the original ‘design life. Timely road maintenance is important because it sustains the quality and safety of the road in a condition close to the original design, and minimizes the road user costs. It is also cheaper to regularly maintain a road in whole life cost terms, than to endure an ongoing cycle of un-managed deterioration and reconstruction.

has been involved in are sewage treatment and disposal works, water treatment works,
water and sewer reticulation, roadworks and storm water drainage and also structural
works. He is a Corporate Member of the Zimbabwe Institution of Engineers.
Tatenda has more than 3 years experience in construction and structural consultancy
industry. He holds the following qualification: National Diploma in Architectural
Technology, Bulawayo polytechnic, 2014. He is doing Higher National Diploma with Harare
polytechnic.

gUARANTEE
A one year guarantee is given for all new structures. A one month guarantee is given for all repairs made hence the recommendations made after each job must be adhered to or risk to violet warranty terms. Ignorance of recommendations will result in warranty being canceled. A one year warranty is given for installation of new parts and components.Please Note: Electrical components and parts carry no warranty.
COsTiNg
We do not charge a fixed amount, we quote for a specific job hence if a client requires a yearly service which requires a permanent presence on site, then a fixed charge will have to be agreed on depending on the type of job to be done and manpower required per month.
MARK UP
1. For supply of hardware and machinery, a markup of 25%is charged. Transport will be charged using current Automobile Association of Zimbabwe (AAZ) rates.
2. For labor we charge a flat figure of $40 per hour or 38% of material cost, whichever is great.3. For structural drawings we charge $2 per square meter of floor area.
IMPORTANT:We require 60% deposit for fix and supply contracts as well as a written order before commencement of work. For labour only we require 40% down payment and a written order before commencement of work. Payment must be made within 21 days from date of commissioning of work or preferably earlier.
