Safety issue

From DBKL officer, this area have safety issue which is about landhill area. From

terrain/contour plan maximum height in this property subject is 200 meter – 240 meter.

Safety issue will be the biggest threat to residential after property completion. Geotechnical

study (EIA), Slope Investigation are required before make any development in this area.

Land Use

From DBKL ‘Draf Pelan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur 2020’ this area zoning as open space

after making many research. That why this area doesn’t have any plot ratio and density

because DBKL already gazette open space.
