Extracts from delegates feedback• I usually don't put feedback, however Evan was a fantastic trainer and for once actually had personal knowledge about

the course content so was very credible. I feel I've gain a huge amount of knowledge and I feel very confident that moving forward I can apply these skills to my current role. Just thank you for a great day of learning (I actually really enjoyed it).

• Evan was able to provide real life stories/examples of his past experience which helped with the understanding of the content of the course. If we had an element we were unsure of this experience made it real and easier to grasp. We were encouraged at all times to interact and I felt very comfortable asking questions, never felt like it was a silly one!

• The trainer Evan was very engaging and knowledgeable about the subject. Having attended previous courses where the trainer had little or no subject matter knowledge or experience it was encouraging to be trained by someone that did.

• Everything was relevant and interesting, very well presented from a trainer who clearly who knew the topic inside out. I was engaged throughout the day even though I felt at a more advanced stage than some colleagues with less experience. The content was very relevant to our job now as it stands as well as hopefully where it is going.

• Evan was easy to understand and I felt comfortable asking him to explain further whenever I didn't grasp what he was discussing. I left feeling a lot more confident. Great Trainer!
