M - Well then, let’s get down to business. We are here to answer all your questions.

W - First, what about the terms of technical support?M - Chris, will you take us through the details, please?

Z - Of course. All the equipment and services purchased from NSC are covered by a specific

warranty. We will also assist you in configuring the new systems with the existing

equipment.

W - What is the warranty period that you offer?

Z - The standard one is two years. Our customers can also purchase an extended warranty,

no longer than three years from the day of instalment.

W - I see. Now, coming back to the cost of a single system…it’s rather high. I must say I

expected the price to be lower…

M - Those are our standard terms. What price did you have in mind?

W - Actually, I was hoping for some discount.

M - Well, we’d be prepared to offer you a better price if you increased your order.

W - Let me think…if I place an order for fifty units, will you cover the installation costs as

well?

M - I’ll need to do some calculations.

W - And what about the methods of payment?

W - My bank meets those conditions. It’s Rabobank.

W - I’m afraid that’s too long. I’d rather have it in fourteen days.

M - It’s possible, on condition that the payment is due the day after the delivery.

W - That’s rather difficult. I could agree on seven days.

M - But it won’t be c.i.f. then.

great location.F - You may be right, but I think we should add Ljubljana, Tallinn and Riga to this group.

representatives or dealers.
