Project DeScriPtionthe former headquarter of l’etudiant magazine which has 3,800 m² floor area was gutted in 2010 and renovated in 2011 to house a new business incubator which is able to accommo-date about 56 companies.

Project requirementthe developer wanted the building to be renovated to the state-of-art environmental standards, while, from a design point of view, taking particular care to maintain its architec-tural interior character. in addition, it had to meet european standards en 13813 and en 1504-2. the flooring also had to be supplied in a very short time frame.
