BasedontheAssessmentReport,theremaybeaneedtorestructuredatatomakethemreadyforyourBItool.Ifthisisrequired,TechBlockswillrecommendabestpracticeapproachfortherestructuringofdata.
UponcompletionofasuccessfuldeliveryofaBIAssessmentandImplementationPlan,youwillhavetheframeworkandplanrequiredtoadvanceyourBIcapabilitieseitherwithTechBlocks,in-house,oranyothervendoryouchoose.Howeverasanincentiveforyou,anyamountspaidforaBIassessmentwillbedeductedfromyourfinalprojectcosts.
ImplementationPlan
TechBlocksretainsanagileapproachtoprojectdelivery.AssuchTechBlocksgenerallystartsimplementationwithaproofofconcept/minimalviableproduct.Thisnotonlyminimizestherisksforyou,butwillalsoallowyoutoquicklyshowcasethesolutionfromexecutivestofurtherendorsetheproject.Wewillworkwithyourteamtodetermineprojectmilestonestoensurealignmentwithyourbusinessneeds.
