Melitopol Oil Extraction Plant LLC

The Melitopol plant was founded in 1945 and is working under new management since 2004.2009 was put into service a workshop for the production of hydrogenated fats with a capacity of 100 tonsper day. 2014 was finalized the reconstruction of production facilities with the installation of modern filtration and increase of production capacity. 2016 was implemented a new line for production of Refined Deodorized Winterized Sunflower Oil.

The Company was founded in 1930. More than 85 years DARNITSA has been providing solutions in cardiology, neurology and pain syndromes. Nowadays we are the Nr. 1 in the rating of 'National Trust' among Ukrainian and CIS drug manufacturers. In 1930 the company was established as KIEVKAUCHUK close to the centre of Kiev. After the reorganization in 1994 it was named KIEVGUMA. In 2013 the production was moved to a totally new built plant in Brovary, a suburb of Kiev.

We are one of the world's largest manufacturers of products made of rubber, latex, silicone, TPE, PVC and other plastics.

The wide range of our assortment consists of more than 3.500 different articles, with an export rate over 50% to 22 countries.

UKRFERRY LLC

The Shipping Company UKRFERRY was established in 1995. We started as an operator of Rail-Ferry services Chornomorsk - Varna. As a result of continuous growth, the company became the largest Black Sea ferry operator. We offer regular traffics between Ukraine and Georgia, Ukraine and Turkey, transit shipping services to Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and other sates of Central Asia, as well as Iraq, Iran and China. The range of services rendered includes railway ferry services, Ro-Ro, construction equipment, general and project cargo, container shipping, passenger transportation, freight forwarding services around CIS states, Black Sea region, door-to-door deliveries and travel services.The company operates a fleet of up-to-date Ro-Pax ferry vessels, each ferry capable of carrying up to 50 railcars, 45 17m long truck trailers and 250 passengers. TIS CONTAINER

TIS is the No. 1 port in Ukraine. In terms of turnover, TIS is the leader among all Ukrainian ports, both public and private. According to the results of 2017, TIS processed over 25 million tons of cargo, which is about 20% of the total volume of cargo passing through Ukrainian ports. TIS operates 5 high-tech marine terminals: TIS Coal, TIS Ore, TIS Grain, TIS Fertilizers and TIS Container Terminal. TIS - Container Terminal is the newest and the deepest in Ukraine. In 2016, the terminal received the Best Service Award from the Association of International Freight Forwarders of Ukraine. The total cargo turnover of the terminal in 2016 was more than 3,5 million tons, exceeding the previous year by 45%. Container handling in TEU calculation grew by 51%, making an annual record among the ports of Ukraine. In 2017, TIS actively invested in building the capacities of its Container Terminal. The terminal berth is extended to 600 meters. The terminal is equipped with two additional container loaders of the post-Panamax type. Thus, there are 5 STS-loaders operating at the terminal at berths with a total length of 600 meters, which can, at the need and allowing constructiveness, handle ships simultaneously. To handle new, expanded, capacity, TIS completed 16 additional meters of railroad tracks at its own railway station, which is operated by the company. Only on the TIS-Container Terminal, the length of the railway tracks is 16 km, with a total of 60 km of railway tracks on the TIS. Capacity of the full development of the Container Terminal TIS is 400 thousand containers per year. In the second quarter of 2017, a regular container train began to run from the terminal to the river port of the city of Dnjepr – a distance of 630 km - and back. The capacity of one container train is 100 TEUs. The whole range of operations including loading and unloading of containers from railway platforms, as well as dispatching and receiving a full-length train in the ports of TIS and in Dnjepr takes less than 24 hours. Also, by the end of the year the project for the direction of the fast train TIS-Kiev will be launched.

LLC “TRANS-SERVICE” was established in October 2014. are specialized in grain handling. Besides this, the Company handles other bulk and general cargo (clay in bulk, sugar in big-bags, wood chips in bulk, equipment etc.).The Company operates a horizontal warehouse for grain with a storage capacity of 60 000 tons. A drop height of 7 meters in the warehouse excludes the damage of the grain.

We are a honey producing company, designed for export. For this we have the status of an official exporter, issued by the Ukrainian Food Safety and Consumer Protection Agency. We deliver our products mainly to the European Union, USA, Canada, the United Arab Emirates.

The product range of RENOMA includes the honeys: acacia, linden, rapeseed, buckwheat, sunflower, coriander, forest honey.Our constant quality control guarantees the best honey free of antibiotics, heavy metals and other harmful substances.

The production site of our private company with goods receiving, storage, processing, packaging and shipping is located in the Lviv Region, 30 km from the border with Poland and therefore offers favorable conditions for export to the EU countries. The headquarters of the company is in Kiev.

We are manufacturing decorative lamps. The company was founded in 2004.

Our production site, which includes an area of 2.500 sqm, is organized as a closed production cycle and consists of:- a design and engineering department- a sheet glass processing shop - a sheet metal stamping shop - a milling shop - a metal and glass painting shop - a wood processing shop- a tool shop, providing an independent production of devices and spare parts for our machines

Our overall production capacity exceeds 1 million lamps per year. In 2017 we produced and sold 300.000 units.The main market today is Ukraine, but we are also exporting to Moldova and Belarus.

In 2017 we achieved the Certificate that our products comply with the standards and guidelines of the European Community.

3 Betony LLC

We are a unique plant on ferroconcrete items and construction production, one of the biggest in Ukraine. The main directions of the Company's activity are the manufacturing of pre-stress ferroconcrete items, their transportation and mounting. Our strategy is the constant renewal of the technology, improvement of product's quality and assortment.

3 Betony was founded in 2002 by ASA, FERROBETON and KESZ - Hungarian leaders in building industry.

The reconstruction of industrial and business units were carried out in short terms and in 2004 the modern technological equipment and installment of the concrete station “ELBA” were completed, the areas for materials storage built, two sidetracks renewed, the boiler station equipped, the administrative building repaired, the systems of power and water supply renewed. As from February 2004 we started our economic activity.3 Betony uses modern production technologies, especially bench technology with mechanical pressure of wire-rope reinforcement, production of concrete mixtures with use of chemical additives and application of universal equipment that makes it possible to produce non-typical constructions of excess complexity of different dimension types – unique large-span elements for the building of trade centers,industrial, sport and recreation objects, large warehouses, bridges etc. In 2006 – the production shop No. 3 with three technological lines for main and bridge beams production and shop No. 2 with technological line for hollow ceiling panel production of total length to18 m were set in operation.

One of our founders – Hungarian company FERROBETON is a European leader with great experience in production of concrete structures for road infrastructure, in particular the bridge beams of total length up to 40 m. GRANIT MIKOLAIV

Our enterprise has been working on the granite market for many years. We produce different categories of granite blocks, which there are from first (size: 5 cubic meters) to fifth category (0,5 cubic meters). and at is discussed in advance and separately. The stone where the blocks are mined is located in Ukraine in the Mikolaiv Region, the deposit is called Novodanilovsky, and the stone itself is called Withered. Its mechanical properties make it one of the most durable granites and it is also one of the cleanest in terms of radiological properties, so it can be used even in residential buildings.
