Education has become the necessity in the present scenario and survival ofthe fittest is the new mantra. My business idea will help in facing thecompetitive environment with positive spirits.Education is a trillion dollar industry worldwide .The history and structureof education system in India has not been stable. With India having ahistory of invasion during the feudal period, the system of impartingeducation also kept changing .Indian education system has molded itselfon the pattern of British education system. Post independence, allgovernments greatly emphasized the importance of spreading education toall corners of the country. Education in India was not open for private
participation. However, off late, the government has given permission toprivate bodies to run schools and colleges for profit. Increased demand foreducation has led to major changes in supply. Thus the evolution of my
business idea comes from this background which is a very lucrative andhighly entrepreneurial in nature. The business idea will definitely strike a right chord with the customersand will give maximum returns to all the shareholders. The estimatedgrowth rates are within the reach and are realistic in nature which givesenough room for improvising on the set targets.

MARKETING PROMOTIONS:
Gyaan is a B to B product and also a new product. Most of our promotionwill be done through the following:
Broachers Hoardings E-marketing Direct marketing Wrap advertisingPrimarily our focus will be on direct marketing, broachers and wrapadvertising. The reason why we have opted wrap advertising is mentioned
below, but before that what is warp advertising,
It is the marketing practice of completely or partially covering a vehicle inan advertisement or livery, thus turning it into a mobile billboard. This can

be achieved by simply painting the vehicle surface, but it is becomingmore common today to use large vinyl sheets as decals. These can beremoved with relative ease, making it much less expensive to change fromone advertisement to another. Vehicles with large, flat surfaces, such as
buses and light-rail carriages, are fairly easy to work with, though smallercars with curved surfaces can also be wrapped in this manner.Effectiveness:
Industry analysts, researchers and trade representatives have researchedthe effectiveness of mobile billboards. Outdoor Advertising Magazine saidthat outdoor mobile media billboards have a 97% recall rate, and 96% ofsurvey respondents thought mobile advertising is more effective thantraditional outdoor advertising. 3M and the American Trucking
Associations noted 91% of the target noticed the text and graphics on truckadvertising, and the Traffic Audit Bureau noted that on local routesmonthly impressions ranged from one to four millions hits. ProductAcceptance and Research said 94% of respondents recalled seeing theMobile Billboard, with 80% recalling the specific advertisement; the
billboards resulted in a sales increase of 107%.Thus because of the above mentioned reason and its cost effectiveness wehave opted for this promotion apart from the others.
