CEE CIB Vendor Business is a team of 6 people in Vienna, Austria, being Vendor Global Account
Managers, responsible to handle International Vendor Relationship across the CEE region. Coordinating
the Vendor units within the Leasing entities and overall group projects.

To support projects were new Cooperation Agreements are implemented in several countries
and work closely with the responsible Relationship Manager
To review performances and support analysis for improving performances: analysis As Is,

CSF CEE Vienna serves as central product hub for UniCredit Group Corporate Structured Finance deals
in the CEE region. Broad spectrum of product coverage – from internationally syndicated loans for IG
clients to highly structured & leveraged corporate acquisition deals.

Support senior team members on managing corporate loan transactions from origination,
execution to closing
Assist in analyzing client’s financing needs and in structuring financing alternatives in
cooperation with deal team members and other product factories
Contribute to the preparation of pitch presentations, term sheets, credit requests Pre-IC and IC
papers, loan documentation etc.

and renewables as mandated lead arranger across CEE countries.

Learn how to build and update excel-based financial/cash flow models as part of the delivery of
lead arranging mandates, including “modelling bank roles”
Assist in preparation of credit applications under the supervision of the senior team members,
paying particular attention to risk allocation, commercial and financing terms and conditions
and cash flow analysis
What we expect from you:
Tested, well-developed analytical/financial modelling ability and proficiency building cash-flow
models in Excel (including macros/ complex formulas)
Extensive and tested quantitative analysis skills Multitasking and entrepreneurial skills and ability to deliver under tight deadlines

Real Estate Finance CEE is responsible for the key account management and optimal implementation
of the strategic and operative objectives of International Real Estate clients. The unit is responsible for
traditional customer relationship management, Lending, Leasing and full tapping of clients´ potential
also through the cooperation - during the entire process - with local CEE banks. Through the network
and the real estate specific know-how regarding the CEE countries, it is also a hub function for clients
and units of the group is envisaged.
