Acceptance 1. The Applicant warrants that the persons’ whose signatures appear on the order form or/and agreement are authorised to apply for credit and acknowledge this agreement.

Payment Terms2. The Applicant agrees to pay in full the quoted price of goods sold by ACCESS DIRECT once goods are delivered, inclusive of any goods and services tax (GST)

3. Payment of the purchase price is due in full within 30 days of the month end in which goods were despatched.

Security4. The Applicant agrees to reimburse ACCESS DIRECT for all costs involved in debt collection and commissions, legal expenses and any other expenses incurred by ACCESS DIRECT in respect of the recovery of the purchase price (whether in whole or part) of the goods delivered.

5. The Applicant shall immediately inform ACCESS DIRECT in writing of any change in the Proprietors, Shareholders or Directors of the Applicant or of any change in any of the other information set out in this application.

6. If the Applicant is entering into this agreement in their capacity as Trustee of a Trust, the Applicant agrees to be held liable both personally and in their capacity as Trustee of a Trust.

7. ACCESS DIRECT shall be entitled without notice to terminate any credit agreement with the Customer in the event of default of the terms set out in this application

Returns and Credits8. Title to goods shall not pass to the Applicant until ACCESS DIRECT has received payment in full for such goods. Until such payment is received, the Applicant agrees the goods are owned by ACCESS DIRECT.

9. The Applicant agrees to notify ACCESS DIRECT within 7 working days from receipt of goods of any defects or error with the goods delivered.

10. The Applicant agrees to notify ACCESS DIRECT in writing of any purchasing restrictions before purchasing.

5% Price Beat 11. Valid until 1 July 2017. ACCESS DIRECT will beat by 5% any lower price for any goods published within this booklet IF: a) The buyer provides a current written quote or invoice displaying the lower price, b) The quote is dated on or after 1 July 2015, c) The goods quoted or invoiced are of the same brand, quality and quantity as goods stocked & displayed by ACCESS DIRECT, d) If the buyer is eligible for free delivery.
