Based on Tradition Since 1890 Bisca and Karen Volf is a bakery with proud traditions, and we cherish the history on

which our brands are build. Therefore, we proudly present our wide range of quality

products: from the sweet and light Marie biscuits, our notorious Digestives, crispy

In 1997, our brand Bisca was appointed purveyor to the Royal Danish Court. We are

honoured to have received the Royal Warrant allowing us to embellish our logo with

the historic and prestigious Royal Crown.

If you require any information regarding our quality products as part of your private

label range, we are open to your requests, as we are specialized in developing new

Quality Has Always Been the Heart of Our CompanyMore than 125 years has gone by since the first cakes and cookies

baked by the Volf family saw the light of day under the name of

Karen Volf. By focusing on making high quality products, Karen

Volf soon became a huge success and is today one of the most

well-known brands in Scandinavia.

Now 125 years later, many of our recipes are still dating back to

when it all began – simply because of their unique and original

quality.
