  • Atlantis is a lost continent that still holds a mystery about whether this continent existed or not. Atlantis is assumed to be between Europe, N. America, and Africa. Plato had been the first one to bring up this mystery.

  • According to Plato, Atlantis was made by gods and had their blessings. They had beautiful and magnificent buildings, and everyone was kind and respectful to each other. But a few hundred years later, the people at Atlantis found how to be selfish, cruel, and disrespectful. Finally, the gods decided to destroy this land and people. Poseidon- the god of the sea- had the continent sink down in the ocean. And that was the end of Atlantis.

  • Like what the clue#5 said, maybe Plato went to Crete and wrote books about it, giving it a fake name, Atlantis. Some people assume that Plato was writing these books, warning his people about their future. Some people just say that it doesnt exist at all, and its all nonsense. Or, some people believe that it really DID exist, though the mythic gods are not. * What do YOU think?
