High in calories, fat, and sodium. It high energy density which makes us
eat more than we otherwise would. Fast food may increase the risk of
clogged arteries that can lead to heart attacks
A fast food diet could lead to obesity.
Summery
People should have a well balance meal every day. A burger king diet compared to a healthy diet contains high calories, fat, and sodium. people should not go on a fast food diet because it has long term health risks such as obesity, diabetes, and risk of heart attack. A health diet gives you the calories you need everyday.
