Ditter performs regular cleaning and maintenance at a discount with our Residential Maintenance Program. The best way to protect your heating and cooling system investment and ensure that your furnace and air conditioner are ready when you need them is through regular maintenance. Simply replacing the air filter frequently can substantially extend the life of your home comfort systems and save on utility costs. In addition, it’s important to have regular inspections and routine maintenance performed by a HVAC professional to keep the system running at peak performance and reduce the likelihood of a breakdown during Minnesota’s notorious temperature extremes.

Maintenance is performed two times a year; once in Spring and another in the Fall. If necessary, extra filter changes and condenser cleanings may be added between seasons if conditions warrant, such as dusty situations or a high number of cottonwood trees in your area.

Ditter technicians inspect, clean and lubricate all of your HVAC equipment, and test it for safe operation. Any repairs needed are at reduced fees.

Sign up today with your Ditter technician, or mail us the completed Maintenance Agreement Form. In addition to keeping your home comfortable year-round, members of our maintenance program enjoy the comfort of knowing their HVAC systems investment in is being protected by regular maintenance and safety inspections.

Pricing is based on the number of heating and cooling units in your home. Payment for the program can be made monthly, annually or at the time of the maintenance service visits. The 10% discounts on parts and repairs apply only if both Spring and Fall maintenance is performed. A 5% discount is applied if only annual maintenance is performed.
