HIGHER ORDER THINKINGThe Classroom of the future will be designed as a tool to assist learners further their capabilities by having them exposed to a wide variety of mediums and resources. Student will begin to think and move beyond understanding into applications.

Students mobile devices and tablets will no longer be seen as mere tool of entertainment but rather tool that can expedite the learning process, and help them become more independent learner.

EASY CLASSROOM INTERFACING Proper prior planning will be key to the success of the future classroom. Teacher will need professional development as well as on going support to best implement 21 century practices in the classrooms.

A model classroom will have a streamline capacities to keep students engaged through the use of multimedia displays, sound, and interactive software. Student will be able to bring in their own technologies into the classroom with the use of Wi-Fi to plug in to the classroom network.

The classroom of the future will be able to cater to the needs of student and teachers alike. The classroom has physical as well as virtual capabilities. Teachers can use various types of information systems to plan, implement, display and grade student work.

Student and parents will have 24 hour access to assignments and resources which come with clear goals and objectives.

Learners in the classroom will have access to technologies that will prepare them for the future work places and tools that can aid in the educational process like speech to text software and read along software.
