52 Acres (more or less)

Sat., June 23,1984- 10:30 a.m. Pine Hill Section of Rockcastle Co.

LOCATION: Turn off U.S. 25 at Pine Hill onto the Lime Plant Hollow Road. Follow auction signs to the property.

Mr. and Mrs. Richard Barnes have authorized our firm to sell this land for the high dollar.

The property contains 52 acres, more or less, by the boundary and is all undeveloped land. Since coal has been stripped in the area, there is a possi-bility that coal could be present on this tract. In addition, there is quite a bit of young timber and some marketable timber.
