Fold hand towel in half long ways

Cut towel in half, you can now make 2 hoods

Hoop your tear away stabilizer

Fold towel in half with good sides together, line up the center of the towel with the center of the hoop!

Open up the towel and pin it to the stabilizer

Stitch your design on the towel

Fold with right sides together and pin raw edges together.

Serge or sew edges together with a zig zig stitch then go over with a straight stitch

Fold bath towel in half with right sides together and mark center with a pin

Turn hood right side out, lay towel flat with good side facing up, align center of hood with pin marking

center of towel, pin together

Sew together along the edge with a zigzag stitch and a straight stitch over it

Lay flat and fold towel in thirds

Roll both ends of towel to center

Tie a ribbon around it, then flip the hood on top and straighten. Voila!! Congrats on your hooded towel!
