Stonehaven

The Aunty Betty who gave her name to this place must

have been the kind of sweet old lady who goes bungee-jumping, as this Stonehaven cafe has a cheerfully over-the-top approach which carries over into accessorising lad and ladette-themed celebration cakes with, respectively, bottles of beer or ready-mixed mojito.

The shop sells a wide variety of cakes and sweets including hand-made tablet and fudge, doughnut cake pops and marshmallow sheep, but it's the takeaway ice cream that garners the rave reviews, with tablet flavour a particular favourite.

Aunty Bettys

The flavours are: Irn Bru Chocolate Mint Vanilla Fudge Honeycomb Cookies and cream Toffee Bubblegum And Strawberry
