FRAME WORKING PRINCIPLEAND

Frame and working principle

HPT Series Hydraulic Cone Crusher is mainly composed of seven parts: frame body, support sleeve,

adjusting sleeve, movable cone, eccentric sleeve, transmission part and safety device. The principal shaft is

fixed. The transmission shaft driven by the motor makes eccentric sleeve rotating via the gear, then the

eccentric sleeve drives the movable cone rotating to realize continuous stone extrusion.

Stable Main Frame

Features

The backing rubber liner needs no casting when changing

the stable lining plate, and the cost is low when the stable

lining plate is changed. The wall of the cone is thickened,

which is stronger and more reliable. The fixing way of

rolling mortar wall is tensioned by bolt with a set of

belleville spring, which is more convenient, reliable and

avoids loosing.

Keep the positive pressure dust keeper and U-T type seal,

and add the full touching spherical floating seal, which can

supply force of friction. In this way, the equipment can limit

the movable vertebrae rotary speed when the equipment

idles. This improvement can make equipment more stable

and can also guarantee the cleanliness of lubrication oil.

The discharging part can be adjusted by hydraulic motor. It

is convenient and precise to adjust by the hydraulic

pressure station in order to adjust the discharging part

during operation.

The safety cylinder oil-way is improved by using large drift

diameter oil pipeline, high-capacity energy accumulator. In

this way, the buffer performance is better, and the reaction is

quicker, and the equipment is much safer.

The oil station and the control panel are combined together,

so the equipment is more reliable and the operation is more

excellent.

The temperature sensor is installed in gear box and

horizontal shaft oil-returning position, and the oil-returning

inspection is more precise, and its protection of the station is

more reliable.

Lubrication pressure inspection is beside the equipment, so

the pressure inspection is more precise.
