兰州大学创建于 1909 年,是教育部直属的全国重点综合性大
学，是我国首批具有学士、硕士、博士学位授予权，首批建立博士
后科研流动站的重点高校之一。2001年，成为国家“985工程”重
点支持建设世界一流大学和高水平大学的 38所高校之一，同时也
是国家面向 21世纪集中办好的一百所大学之一。
学校现有 81个本科专业，187个硕士学位授权专业，56个博
士学位授权专业，7个博士学位授权一级学科，12个博士后科研流
动站。有 6个国家级人才培养基地，2个国家级实验教学示范中心，
2个部省级基础科学研究和教学人才培养基地。美国《科学》周刊
曾评出中国 13所最杰出的大学，兰州大学位居第六。
学校注重对外交流与合作，先后与美、日、英、法、加、德、
澳、哈、乌、吉、俄等国的 30多所高校和科研机构建立了学术交
流关系。兰州大学在以综合素质及能力为申请考核办法的基础上，
招收外国来华留学生攻读学士、硕士、博士学位，并为其提供“中

Founded in 1909 and located in Lanzhou, the capital city of Gansu
Province, Lanzhou University is one of the key universities directly
under the administration of the Ministry of Education. It is among one
of the first universities entitled to enroll Bachelor, Master and Doctoral
degree candidates and authorized to set up post-doctoral programs
and national bases for the researching and teaching in the fundamental
disciplines.
In 1953, Lanzhou University was selected as the key comprehensive
university by China’s Ministry of Education, China. In 2001, Lanzhou
University was listed as one of the top 38 national universities strongly
supported by the state government. It is one of the top 100 universities
in the “Facing the 21st Century Educational Development Program”
which are jointly sponsored by the state government and the local
province.
Now Lanzhou University offers 81 bachelor programs, 187 master
programs, and 56 doctoral programs, and has 6 National Bases, 2
provincial/ministerial level bases for the training and researching of the

Lanzhou University is active in developing international education

exchange and cooperation with universities and organizations in more
than 30 foreign countries including USA, Japan, UK, France, Canada,
Germany,Australia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan.
Since April 2008, Lanzhou University has established a Scholarship
Program, which offers full scholarship from the Chinese Government
for international students seeking to take Bachelor or Master degree

凡我校具有学士学位授予权的学科专业，均可招收外国来华留
学生接受本科学历教育。具体招生专业请见兰州大学 2009——2010
学年中国政府奖学金来华留学生本科生招生专业目录。(见附件 1)

1、免交注册费、学费、实验费、实习费。
2、提供生活费：
▲本科生：RMB 1400元/月
3、新生来华后发给一次性安置补助费：

4、提供部分门诊药费：学生在学校医院或学校指定的医院就医
的日常门诊药费，按学校有关规定，学校承担一定比例的费用，学
生自行支付剩余部分。
5、免交校内住宿费，我校统一安排奖学金生住宿。如有随行家
属，一切费用由学生自理，我校不承担任何住宿及生活费用。

须提供本人作品光盘（2张素描画，2张色彩画，2张其它作品）。
8、年龄不满 18周岁的申请人，须提交在华法定监护人的相关法律文件。

1. Scholarship students are exempt from registration fees, tuition
fees, fees for laboratory experiment, fees for internship, and fees
for basic learning materials.

1. We only offer full-time programs for applicants.
2. For undergraduates, the duration of major studies is 4
years, and the duration can be extended to 6 years if
remedial Chinese language studies are needed.
3. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education
of China, all undergraduate classes will be conducted in
Chinese. Applicants with no command of Chinese are
generally required to take Chinese language courses for
1-2 years before their major studies.
Note: the general criteria required on the Chinese language
proficiency for the undergraduate major studies: HSK band 6 for
majors of liberal arts, HSK band 4 for majors of natural science.

1. We only offer full-time programs for applicants.
2. For master degree students, the duration of major studies is 2-3 years,
for doctoral degree students, the duration of major studies is 3 years.
With specific cases, under the approval of the university gradate school,
where the student has registered and the advisor, a student can complete
the program prior to or later than the duration.
