CSST 9650 Introduction to Baking and Pastry Topics include: Food safety and sanitation Bake shop technology Proper use of equipment Weights and measures CSST 9651 Advanced Baking and Pastry Topics include: Bakery math Ingredient functionality Improving on basic skills Troubleshooting Classes taught at our Downtown Center, 88 Fourth Street. The minimum time for completion of this certificate is 2 semesters. Completion time will vary based on student preparation and number of classes completed per semester.
