What is the C-Plan?

The C-Plan is an effort underway at the DE to streamline the collection process of reports, data and progress for districts/schools.

The hope is that the C-Plan will be a tool districts/schools can use locally, and not just for reporting and compliance to the DE.

Page 3: C-Plan

Why is the C-Plan needed?Currently, districts/schools are required to

complete 10-15 plans or reports and there is overlap in the requested information.

Consolidation of applications will reduce the burden, costs and time for districts/schools, AEAs and DE.

This effort is in response to requests districts/schools and AEAs have made for several years for a simpler or consolidated planning/reporting process.
