PPD (Pre Paid Delivery)Pre Paid Delivery is a method in which:1. The Representative places an order with AVON and the
invoice get generated2. The Rep gets an SMS informing him about the invoice
amount and the amount that needs to be deposited with AVON
3. The Rep makes a payment for the said amount within 48 hours of getting the SMS.– If the payment is not done by the Rep the invoice gets cancelled
4. Post updation of AVON accounts with the payment, the product is dispatched to the Rep.– SMS sent to the Rep confirming the docket number and date of
dispatch
PPD (Pre Paid Delivery)
Advantage over Advance mode:• The payment in PPD is as per the invoice
amount unlike advance mode where the amount has to be paid before invoicing can be done

• Any Rep who delays in making payment within 21 days of Invoice and defaults for 2 times in a span of 13 Campaigns, would automatically be put on PPD mode

• From C2 2013, we would have one number only for Tele Ordering as well as for queries and complaints.
• Each state has been assigned a new number. To access the number from any location in that particular state, please dial the number as written against that state in the below list.

– E.g. The upline Leader makes a new AUL in C11, 2012. The upline Leader would get cash bonus as per the above mentioned schedule for 13 campaigns from C11, 2012 to C10, 2013
• In case the new downline achieves the higher title (AUL becomes EUL or EUL becomes SEUL) the 13 campaign count would start again from the Campaign the downline achieves the next/higher title
– E.g. The downline Leader then becomes a EUL in C 1, 2013. The upline Leader would now get bonus for 13 campaigns from C1, 2013 to C13, 2013
Effective Leader Development is about developing a Leader and helping them to sustain and grow in levels
Any drop in the title achieved of the downline will set the LDB back to 1st campaign. The LDB will then start from 1st Campaign Bonus Amount.

Lowest Title for Downline 1 or Downline 2 would be considered for 8 additional campaigns LDB

EUL for 3 Campaigns, the upline Leader will be eligible for LDB for 8 more campaigns subject to the first downline maintaining the EUL title
For new SEUL• For developing a new SEUL in the 1st Generation the upline will be
eligible for LDB for 13 campaigns. • For developing another downline SEUL and maintaining the title of
SEUL for 3 Campaigns, LDB would be paid for another 8 cmapaigns.
LDB Payment
The LDB payment would be made with the commission cheque of the subsequent Campaign. For e.g. the LDB earned for C10 would be paid with the commission cheque of C11, 2012
Leader Development Bonus is for
All Leaders AUL and Above–Both existing and new title holder
The Leader development bonus starts from C10, 2012 & would be applicable for 13 campaigns till C9, 2013
Terms and Conditions
• C9, 2013 would be the last Campaign till which the new downline Leader would be counted for the LDB program. However the bonus would be paid for new downline appointed in C9, 2013 for minimum of 13 campaigns from C9 2013 for the upline Leader
• Net Sales= Award Sales-Representative Commission-Taxes-Returns-Short products
• Outstanding is defined as any payment which has not been updated in AVON accounts within 21days from the date of Invoice
• The highest title achieved by the Leader after C1, 2010 will be considered as the FIRST TIME Title
• The Upline should maintain the title which is equivalent or higher than the newly developed downline Leader. In case the Upline Leader's title is lower than the downlines title, the payout would be as per the lower title.
• Avon reserves the right to discontinue, modify the program at any time during the course of the program
• Any manipulation/unethical practice will result in automatic disqualification from the Bonus program.
